1. Your custom portrait
LoveCanvas lets you upload a pet photo, create an AI-generated artistic preview and order a personalized framed print. Your order is a physical printed portrait in the size and frame finish you select, ready to hang.
These terms govern your use of the studio and your order. By placing an order, you accept these terms.
2. Preview and personalization
Your preview is generated automatically from the photo you provide. Please check your chosen portrait, size and frame finish before paying. If you would like help with a change, contact us before ordering.
Colors, cropping and texture may vary slightly between the on-screen preview and the finished print.
3. Prices and secure payment
All prices are displayed and charged in US dollars (USD). The price shown for your selected size on the order page includes the frame and free US shipping. Review the final total in the secure checkout before paying.
Payments are processed by Stripe. LoveCanvas does not receive your full card number. French VAT is not applicable under the seller’s small-business VAT exemption (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).
4. Orders and delivery
Your order is confirmed once payment has been approved. Please provide an accurate shipping address and email address so we can deliver your portrait and send your confirmation.
We currently deliver within the United States, with shipping included. The current estimated delivery time is 5 business days, as shown on the order page and at checkout. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
Unless a different timeframe is stated before purchase, delivery will take place no later than 30 days after your order.
5. Cancellations and returns
Your framed print is made to your specifications and personalized with your chosen portrait. The 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to this custom product under Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
If you need to cancel, email contact@lovecanvas.art as soon as possible. A request received before production begins may be considered; cancellation is not guaranteed.
This does not affect your rights if your order is damaged, defective or does not match what you ordered, or any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
6. Damaged or incorrect orders
If your portrait arrives damaged, has a defect or does not match your order, contact us with your order reference and photos of the product. We will offer a reprint, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. Your photos
By uploading a photo, you confirm that you have the rights needed to use it and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. Illegal or abusive content may be refused.
